While using any properties throughout the Lake Shore District Association, it is expected that residents and their guests will follow all laws and be courteous of others. This includes picking up any trash including pet waste. It is illegal to deposit trash into the Lake Erie or Spring Lake from Lake Shore Club District Association properties (PA Fish and Boat Code, Title 30, Section 2503). This includes intentionally hitting golf balls into the water. It is illegal to set off fireworks from Lake Shore Club District Association properties, as none have the required 150 feet clearance from an occupied structure (3 PA Cons Stat Section 1104). 

All Lake Shore District Association properties are meant for the use of residents and their guests only. No gatherings or parties are approved without the express permission of the Lake Shore District Association Board.
