I want to make a change, what should I do? 

Please read through the Covenants and Restrictions for details and requirements. For quick reference, the following changes need to be approved.

Require Board of Director Approval, no fee:

• Fences
• Walls
• Paving of any kind
• Shed/Storage Building (Require Fairview Township approval as well if over 144 Sq Ft)
• Hot Tubs (Require Building Inspection from Fairview Township)

Require Board of Director Approval and HOA Building Permit:

• Material change or alteration in an exterior design of any building
• New home or addition of 500 Sq Ft or larger = Fee $75
• Change or addition less than 500 Sq Ft = Fee $25
• Fees are payable to LSCDA
