The Lake Shore Club District Association is a beautiful Homeowner Association which is situated on Route 5.  Located just west of the Millfair Road Roundabout and east of Walnut Creek Hill in Fairview Township. 

We have over seven miles of streets that meander through this development of 310 homes. And on those streets, you will see countless numbers of walkers, runners and bikers enjoying the beauty and peacefulness of our community.
