Dear Today and Future Residents, Friends, Family and Realtors:

A Fairview subdivision sits just along Route 5, and it offers a lot more than meets the eye. It has a beautiful lake that is snuggled between homes and the gorgeous Lake Shore Country Club golf course where you can see geese, deer, ducks and other wildlife frolicking throughout the year. There is also a park area that resides on bluffs that overlook Lake Erie and provide gentle summer breezes and incredible sunset views that need to be seen to be believed.

There are over seven miles of roads that meander through the development of 311 homes. And on those streets, you will see countless numbers of walkers, runners and bikers enjoying the peacefulness of this neighborhood. You will find a mix of multiple generations living in harmony with each other. You will see children playing in yards, neighbors taking pride in their landscaping, Halloween and Christmas decorations being maintained throughout the neighborhood.

This is a community that is close to multiple eateries, Wegman’s a nationally recognized supermarket, large big box retailers like Walmart and Lowes, mom and pop businesses and a locally owned hardware store. And yet this community is snuggled along the shores of Lake Erie, away from the noise and heavy traffic on West Ridge Road. Also, this community is blessed with one of the best public-school systems in Pennsylvania, the Fairview School District.

If you don’t know where Lake Shore Club District is, you’re missing the place to be! Head west from the airport on Route 5 proceed past Teresa’s Deli, Stan’s Garden Center, M Café, Orphan Angels Sanctuary proceed through the roundabout, continue west past the Gate of Heavens Cemetery and you will see a welcoming sign to Lake Shore Club District Association. If approaching from the west on Route 5, from Route 98, go past the Avonia Tavern, Route 5 Automotive, The School House/Swan Tavern, Peppinos, Walnut Creek Hill and then you will see the other welcoming sign to our neighborhood.

These signs are at the east and west boundaries of Lake Shore Club District Association. And between these signs are multiple access roads including Webster, Farrell, Clearview, Hardscrabble, Pasadena, and Morrison that bring you into both our north and south sides of our neighborhood. You’ll also see several streets entering the subdivision which are bordered by old stone walls; including one that contains a plaque that pays homage to Jack Youngblood, who was strongly instrumental in the development of this community when it was chartered back in 1947.

Our community is the place to be, located on the west side of Erie County, please feel free to drive through our neighborhood and see for yourself. And on those nights, the sky looks clear and an edge of color is on the horizon, please feel free to turn north on Hardscrabble Boulevard, the main road down to Lake Shore Country Club, and head over to the lake bluff area to take in a magnificent sunset. P.S do not forget your camera. You will be glad you did. And those who do not live here, you may want to considering moving into our community as homes come up for sale from time to time. So, in advance we welcome each and every one of you!

Sincerely,
The Residents of Lake Shore Club District Association
